On the basis of our legitimate interests, your data is processed for: your identification on the site; user account management; vehicle acquisition; analyzing your interests in order to inform you; contacting you about our new services; personalizing our services; preparing studies, models and statistics (using anonymization/pseudonymization wherever possible); the security of people and property and the fight against fraud; training our staff using real cases, anonymized wherever possible; keeping a list of former subscribers who no longer wish to be contacted; improving our services and the user experience; organizing games and contests; managing your requests relating to your rights; establishing, exercising and defending our rights; responding to your requests; our communication and marketing activities; contacting you to evaluate our services.

Profiling and automated processing: to give you a better user experience, we sometimes use profiling to link you to your various preferences, using anonymized or pseudonymized data wherever possible. No decision with legal effects, or significantly affecting you in a similar way, is taken on this basis alone.

We do not keep your data beyond the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Contact via the web form: kept until the transaction is completed via Easylease.
• Registration on the site and to an alert: kept for the entire duration of your registration.
• Unsubscribing from the site, newsletters or alerts: kept for one year from unsubscription, then destroyed.

At the end of the retention period, we do everything possible to ensure this data is rendered unavailable and inaccessible.

Right of access and copy: you can ask us whether we process your data, for what purposes, which categories are involved, and who receives it, as well as a copy of all your personal data.

Right to withdraw consent: whenever processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Right to rectification: you may request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.

Right to erasure: you may obtain erasure of your data if it is no longer necessary, if you withdraw consent (where that is the sole legal basis), if you object to the processing, if the processing was unlawful, if the data is incomplete/inaccurate/outdated, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Right to portability: where processing is based on a contract or your consent, you may request that your data be transferred to you, including to another data controller.

Right to restriction of processing: notably if you dispute the accuracy of a piece of data (while we verify it), or if you prefer restriction over erasure in the case of unlawful processing.

Right to object: you may object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing or newsletter purposes.

Identification: to help enforce your rights, we verify that your request genuinely concerns your own data, by sending you a unique link by email.

Response time: we undertake to respond within one month of your request at the latest; this period may be extended to two months for complex requests or where we receive an excessive number of requests (in which case we would inform you of the reasons).

Depending on your choices, we may transfer your data to our subcontractors, to our strategic partner Easy Lease/Lux Brokerage Sarl, or to third-party commercial partners.

Subcontractors: mainly professional sellers, who only process your data on our instructions, in compliance with applicable regulations and this Policy.

Easy Lease/Lux Brokerage Sarl: if you send a purchase request via the web form, we pass your contact details (email, name) to this strategic partner so it can present its offers to you.

Third-party commercial partners: only if you specifically consent, so they can offer you their products or services.

Legal obligation: we may pass on your data to comply with a legal obligation, a court decision, or the request of a competent authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security, set according to the risks presented by the processing and the nature of the data. These measures aim in particular to prevent the loss, theft, misuse, alteration or unauthorized disclosure of your data. Every quarter, we destroy data that is no longer current regarding vehicle searches. In the event of a security breach affecting your data, we undertake to act quickly to identify its cause, take appropriate remedial measures, and inform you where the law requires it.
